Regarding the long-term non-update of the package tracking (two weeks or more), what I can do is to contact the logistics company to check whether the package is lost. If it is confirmed to be lost, we will refund immediately. Other negative comments will not have a better effect on both parties. I will process the refund through the post office evidence.
